Orders over £50 are sent via express delivery free of charge.

Orders under £50 have a set delivery charge of £2.95 for standard delivery or £5.95 for express delivery.

Standard delivery should take 3-4 working days. Express delivery should take 1-2 working days.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and may vary due to operational issues, peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), or public holidays.

We use a range of reputable couriers, including Royal Mail and DPD.

To cancel or change an order, please contact us directly as soon as possible.

Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will usually be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 1pm, weekends, or bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Yes, all orders will either be sent via Royal Mail or another recognised, reputable carrier. We will send you a tracking number as soon as the order is dispatched.

You will receive an order confirmation upon completing your order. This does not mean that your order is ready for collection.

You will receive a second text/email when your order is ready to collect from store. This can then be collected any time during the store's opening hours.

The item will be held for 7 days after the collection date.

At Red Rose Darts we pride ourselves on great customer service. If you are not happy with your order, please let us know using the Contact Us page and we will investigate it straight away.

We stock a wide range of brands including Target, Target Japan, Winmau, Red Dragon, Harrows, Mission, Unicorn, L-Style, Designa and many more.

Darts can be tried out in store on any of our professional dart lanes.

This service is not available online.
