Refund policy
You can buy in complete confidence from Darts Team.
Any items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if more than 14 days has passed since receipt of delivery.
The customer will be liable for the cost of returning unwanted goods. The only exception will be if the goods are received faulty or they have been dispatched in error.
Any returned items must be in a NEW and UNUSED condition. They must be in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. The customer must be able to provide proof of purchase.
Returned items will be inspected by Darts Team upon receipt. If the goods are found to have been used, or are not in their original condition, the return will be rejected. Any returned goods with ripped or damaged packaging will be rejected.
If a returned item is rejected for any of the reasons noted above, the customer will be liable for the cost of re-shipping.
Darts Team cannot be held responsible for any returned goods lost in transit. We therefore strongly advise using a recorded delivery service when returning any items.
If you wish to exchange or return any item for a refund, the following administration charge will be incurred:
Darts - £3.00 per set
All other items – 15% of the total cost
The administration fee noted above will be deducted from the total value of the refund.
Please note, the following items are exempt from this policy and cannot be returned:
• Any items not in their original condition or damaged due to misuse
• Gift cards
• Customised or personalised products
RETURNS PROCESS
Please email info@dartsteam.co.uk with the following information:
• Your order number
• Reason for return
• A photo (if the item is damaged or faulty)
Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with a returns number to include with the item’s being returned. Please note, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Upon receipt of any return, we will send you an email confirming we have received the goods. Once the item(s) have been inspected, we will notify you if the return is approved or rejected.
For approved returns, you will be sent a further email confirming when the refund has been processed. We aim to process refunds for any returned goods within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment and should be received within 5 working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
