Shipping policy

At Darts Team, we are committed to the highest level of customer service and aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Delivery

All online orders are dispatched as soon as possible. For orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday, this will usually be the same day.

Orders placed after 1pm Monday – Friday will usually be dispatched the following day.

Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will usually be dispatched the next working day.

Please note, as with all other darts retailers, during peak periods there may be a slight delay in despatching your order.

Orders over £50

Free tracked delivery is offered on all orders with a value over £50.

Smaller packages are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48hr service. We will send you a Royal Mail tracking number when you order is dispatched. Whilst Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2 – 4 working days, during busy periods this can take longer and we therefore cannot guarantee delivery within 48hrs. If your order has not been received within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate.

Larger packages are sent via recognised, reputable couriers on a 2 - 4 day delivery service. If this applies to your order, we will send you a tracking number and the name of the courier at the point of dispatch. If your order has not been received within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate.

For those requiring urgent delivery, an express delivery service (1 - 2 days) is available. A set charge of £5.95 will apply.

Orders under £50

For any purchases under £50, a set charge of £2.95 will apply.

Click and collect

During specific times, online orders can be collected from our shop in Preston located at:

Darts Team, Preston Grasshoppers Rugby Club, Lightfoot Green Lane, Preston, PR4 0AP

Customers should allow 1 hour from placing an online order before collecting. For any urgent orders, please contact us on 01772 282000 at the point of placing the order and we will endeavour to have it ready as soon as possible. 

The click and collect service is only available during the following periods:
